Text message program terms for Point Zero AI LLC

Point Zero AI LLC ("Point Zero AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates a text message (SMS) program to deliver assessment results, strategy call reminders, follow-up communications, and educational content to users who have voluntarily provided their mobile phone number and given express consent by opting in.
This program is operated in compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and applicable mobile carrier guidelines (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). Messages are delivered via our messaging partner, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), using the Twilio carrier network.
You opt in to receive text messages from Point Zero AI by taking both of the following actions on one of our forms (such as the one on our AI Business Assessment page):
Your phone number is never added to our SMS program without both steps. SMS opt-in is separate from and not required for any other service on our website — you can complete the assessment, receive results by email, and purchase products without ever opting in to SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You will receive up to 4 messages per month under normal circumstances. Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations you've requested) do not count toward this limit.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates from your mobile provider will apply to each message you send or receive. Point Zero AI does not charge you any fee for messages — all costs are determined by your wireless carrier's plan. Contact your carrier for details about your specific rates.
Reply STOP to any message from Point Zero AI at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all text messages.
After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
You may also email us at support@pointzeroai.com to request opt-out, and we will remove your number from our SMS program promptly.
Reply HELP to any message from Point Zero AI to receive customer support information, or email us directly at support@pointzeroai.com.
This SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and other participating carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent record are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically:
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide in order to enroll in the SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes to the program will be communicated to enrolled users via text message or email where practicable.
