What My Business Pulse does
My Business Pulse helps business owners build a daily operating habit around five gaps: missed calls and lead response, quote follow-up, past clients, review asks, and owner bottlenecks.
Essential includes Home, Morning Pulse, Evening Pulse, the 7-day gap map and open loops, reminders, and assessment focus. Premium adds Quote Recovery, the Review Ask System, the Script Bank, Calendar Pulse, and the Weekly Owner Brief. All data in this launch version is stored on the user's device.
Not financial, legal, medical, credit, valuation, or revenue advice
My Business Pulse is for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, credit scoring, business valuation, revenue estimates, tax advice, or guaranteed outcomes.
Quote values and signals
Quote dollar amounts shown in Premium come only from amounts the user enters. Open quote value, oldest quote, review-ask gaps, and any priority signals are based solely on user-entered information and on-device calendar processing where the user grants Calendar permission. They are intended to help the owner see operating patterns, not to measure business value, predict revenue, or function as a financial estimate.
Calendar Pulse
With Calendar permission, Premium scans recent and upcoming calendar events on device to suggest quote follow-ups, review asks, past-client reactivation, and next-step messages. Calendar events are processed on device and are not uploaded to Point Zero AI servers or any third party. Calendar permission can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
No Google API or Google Business Profile integration
This launch version does not connect to the Google Business Profile API or any Google review service. Any Google review link saved inside Premium is a URL the user enters and is used only for one-tap sharing on the user's device.
Point Zero AI Assessment
The app may link to the Point Zero AI assessment. The assessment is separate from the app. If the user records a top assessment gap inside My Business Pulse, the app uses that selection to keep the focus visible.
Notifications
Notifications are provided as a convenience and may be delayed, unavailable, or disabled by device settings. Users are responsible for managing their own business follow-up and operating process.
User responsibilities
Users agree to use My Business Pulse lawfully and not rely on the app as a substitute for professional advice, official records, CRM systems, accounting systems, or legal/business counsel.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Point Zero AI LLC is not liable for business decisions, missed follow-ups, lost revenue, incomplete entries, delayed notifications, or damages arising from use of My Business Pulse.
