What is My Business Pulse?

My Business Pulse is an iOS app that helps business owners build a daily operating habit around five gaps: missed calls and lead response, quote follow-up, past clients, review asks, and owner bottlenecks.

How do I use My Business Pulse?

Use Morning Pulse to plan the day's calls, quotes, review asks, past-client touches, and owner decisions. Use Evening Pulse to record what stayed open. The Home screen rolls saved entries into a simple 7-day gap map and open-loops view.

What is included in Essential?

Essential includes Home, Morning Pulse, Evening Pulse, the 7-day gap map and open loops, reminders, and assessment focus. The Essential layer helps you find the gaps.

What does Premium add?

Premium turns the gaps into recoverable owner actions:

• Quote Recovery — add open quotes with the actual quote amount, see total open quote value, oldest quote, and follow-up status.
• Review Ask System — log finished work, mark review asked and review received, and save your Google review link for one-tap sharing.
• Calendar Pulse — with your permission, the app scans your calendar on device to suggest quote follow-ups, review asks, reactivation prompts, and next-step messages.
• Script Bank — plain-language scripts for quote follow-up, review ask, missed-call return, and past-client reach-out.
• Weekly Owner Brief — an operating checklist built from your app entries, open quote value, oldest quote, review-ask gaps, and calendar moves.

Does the app connect to Google?

No. This launch version does not connect to the Google Business Profile API or any Google review service. Any Google review link saved inside Premium is a URL you enter and is used only for one-tap sharing from your device.

How does Calendar Pulse work?

If you grant Calendar permission, Premium reads recent and upcoming calendar events on your device and suggests quote follow-ups, review asks, past-client reactivation, and next-step messages based on what the calendar shows. Calendar events are processed on device and are not uploaded. You can revoke Calendar permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Is My Business Pulse financial advice?

No. My Business Pulse is an operating check-in tool. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, credit, valuation, or revenue advice. Quote dollar amounts shown in Premium come only from values you enter.

Where are my entries saved?

This launch version saves everything on your device: Daily Pulse entries, notes, assessment status, top gap, reminder times, Premium quote entries, review-ask entries, and Calendar Pulse processing results. It does not require a Point Zero AI account and does not sync entries to a Point Zero AI server.

How do reminders work?

If notifications are allowed, My Business Pulse can send morning and evening reminders at the times chosen in Settings. You can manage notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
