Privacy Policy
My Business Pulse is operated by Point Zero AI LLC. My Business Pulse helps business owners track daily operating gaps and reminder preferences.
Plain English: This launch version saves everything on your phone, including your daily check-ins and Premium quote and review entries. We do not sync your data to a Point Zero AI server. We do not sell or share your information. Premium does not connect to Google or any third-party service in this launch version.
Information stored in the app
This launch version may save the following on the user's device only:
- Daily Pulse entries (Morning Pulse and Evening Pulse answers, note text)
- Assessment status and selected top gap
- Morning and evening reminder times
- Premium entries: open quote entries and amounts (Quote Recovery), completed-job entries with review-ask status (Review Ask System), and a user-saved Google review link for one-tap sharing
- Calendar Pulse processing results, if Calendar permission is granted
Account and sync
This launch version does not require a Point Zero AI account, does not create a My Business Pulse account, and does not sync entries to a Point Zero AI server. All data stays on the user's device.
Calendar Pulse
If the user grants Calendar permission, Premium scans recent and upcoming calendar events on the device to suggest quote follow-ups, review asks, past-client reactivation, and next-step messages. Calendar events are processed on device and are not uploaded to Point Zero AI servers or any third party. Calendar permission can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
Quote Recovery and Review Ask System
Premium quote entries and review-ask entries are created entirely by the user and saved on device. Quote dollar values reflect only the amounts the user enters and are not financial estimates, revenue projections, or valuations of the business.
No Google API or Google Business Profile integration
This launch version does not connect to the Google Business Profile API or any Google review service. Any Google review link saved inside Premium is a user-entered URL used only for one-tap sharing on the user's device.
Point Zero Assessment
My Business Pulse may open the Point Zero AI assessment website. Assessment results are delivered through the assessment experience and email flow, not directly imported into the app. If the user records a top gap inside My Business Pulse, that selection is saved on device.
Notifications
If the user allows notifications, My Business Pulse may schedule local morning and evening reminders at the times chosen by the user. Notifications can be disabled in iOS Settings.
We do not sell data
Point Zero AI LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party analytics
The current app does not include third-party advertising tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. If that changes, the policy and App Store privacy disclosures must be updated before release.
Business and financial disclaimer
My Business Pulse is an operating check-in tool. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, credit, valuation, or revenue advice. Quote values, review counts, and priority signals are based only on user-entered information and on-device calendar processing where permitted. They are not financial estimates, revenue projections, credit scores, medical guidance, or business valuations.
Children's privacy
My Business Pulse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
